Plan on approximately 2–3 hours per week. This includes your private 1:1 session with me, the weekly curriculum, and time applying what you learn to your own company, role, and Capstone Project. The program is designed to fit alongside a full-time job — not become another one.
No. The Decision Impact Framework™ is designed to give you the financial foundation needed to connect business decisions to economic outcomes. You should have professional experience and enough exposure to your company to investigate real business problems, but you do not need to work in accounting or finance.
Each session focuses on applying the Decision Impact Framework™ to your company and role. We'll develop your financial and strategic business acumen while working through Learn → Map → Build — identifying a meaningful opportunity, quantifying its potential impact, and building the Capstone Project to present to leadership.
The primary outcome of the program is identifying a real opportunity inside your company with at least $100K in estimated potential economic impact — such as revenue growth, cost reduction, working capital, process improvement, productivity, pricing, resource allocation, or another meaningful business outcome. You'll quantify that impact and build a Capstone Project around the opportunity that you can present to leadership. The $100K+ refers to estimated potential impact, not a guaranteed personal or company result.
